螺旋輸送機(jī)在使用過程中，一定要注意日常的保養(yǎng)維護(hù)，這樣才會(huì)最大程度地跟沙子烘干機(jī)配合好，保證生產(chǎn)量及效率，也使設(shè)備的使用壽命延長(zhǎng)。
(1)應(yīng)定時(shí)向軸承、齒輪和鏈條等傳動(dòng)件加潤(rùn)滑油。
(2)箱送機(jī)停用后，應(yīng)檢查螺旋葉片磨損情況，磨損嚴(yán)重時(shí)補(bǔ)焊。
(3)輸送量不可過載，否則物料排不出，引起螺旋軸彎曲和箱體漲壞。
(4)輸送的介質(zhì)沮度較高時(shí)，應(yīng)注意箱體的伸縮變化是否自由而無卡著的地方，若有抓緊解決。
(5)輸送機(jī)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中，發(fā)出的噪聲刺耳時(shí)，應(yīng)打蓋檢查，排除故障。
